Shipping within the United Arab Emirates
1. Delivery Areas: We proudly deliver worldwide via www.mariolucagiusti.ae. Note that orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
2. Delivery Options and Timings:
- On Demand Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 2 hours of placement.
- Same Day Delivery: For orders placed before our daily cutoff, expect delivery by 8 PM on the same day. A courtesy call will be placed about 30 minutes ahead of delivery for your convenience.
- Next Day Delivery: This will ensure your order reaches you by 8 PM the next day. Please be aware that certain locations outside our primary delivery zones may take 2-7 working days for delivery. Once the package is collected, an SMS with the Air Waybill (AWB#) details will be sent, followed by a pre-delivery call approximately 30 minutes ahead.
3. Order Tracking:
Your order will reflect as "In Progress" upon entry into the Depoter Warehouse Management System. Upon dispatch readiness, the status will shift to "Fulfilled", accompanied by an Air Waybill (AWB#) for your tracking convenience.
Depoter's Operational Descriptions:
- FBD: Stored and dispatched by Depoter.
- BOD: Order-based cross-docking and delivery.
- DFS: Entirely overseen by the supplier.
For pending orders, those received by Depoter by 12.00 pm are prioritized for Same Day and Next Day deliveries. Tracking links for your shipment will be shared either via email or the client portal. If delivery attempts fail thrice or stretch beyond 3 days, the items will revert to Depoter's storage.
4. Undelivered Orders:
Should your order not arrive, consult with neighbors or building management first. If there's no sign of your order two days post the anticipated delivery date, please contact our Support Team. We're on hand from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. from Saturday to Thursday. Calls post these times will be routed to a mobile line for immediate assistance. Email correspondence is also welcome during operational hours, though replies to after-hour emails might be deferred to the next business day.
5. Incomplete Deliveries:
In the event of missing items from your order, please promptly get in touch with our Support Team. You can contact us via email or phone from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Saturday to Thursday. Queries outside this window will be addressed on the subsequent business day.
